The following is a basic overview of the services offered for a custom home. However, keep in mind that each project can be tailored to meet your individual requirements.

Stage One:

  • Initial meetings and project planning
  • Examination of current conditions, zoning regulations, and building codes
  • Site inspection, assessment, and record-keeping
  • Creation of preliminary floor plans and design concepts

Phase Two involves setting up the bank and progressing the development of the drawings. This includes designing and reviewing the front elevation and roof, as well as all exterior elevations and building sections. Additionally, it involves preparing electrical plans, coordinating with structural consultants as needed, and putting together preliminary specifications and allowances if necessary.

Stage Two:

  • Assessment and approval of front elevation and roof design
  • Inspection of all exterior elevations and building sections
  • Creation of electrical plans
  • Collaboration with structural consultants as needed
  • Development of initial specifications and allowances (if needed)

Stage Three:

  • Preparation of interior elevations and cabinet elevations
  • Development of the construction drawings ready for permitting, bidding, and construction
  • Construction Documents to include the following drawings:
  1. Site plan
  2. Dimensioned floor plans
  3. Exterior elevations
  4. Interior & cabinet elevations
  5. Schematic roof plan
  6. Details and sections
  7. Electrical plans
  8. Specifications (if applicable)

Stage Four:

  • Coordination with engineers and builder, ensuring our plans are ready to go!
